Based in Gosport, we generally cover 15 mile radius however we will travel further  if necessary. Make sure you use a company where you get to talk to the actual people repairing your appliances, sales people will not know the intricacies of repairing and it massively increases the chances of problems or delays with getting your equipment working again.

Use a company that will not charge you or use a premium rate phone number before they even assess if they can help.

Check to see if the company will outsource your repair. Even if you are talking to technician, the last think you want to be doing is paying a middle-man.

Check if they charge extra for doing the repair in under a week. This tactic is often used by the cheap online companies and you may not see this until you get to the delivery stage of your checkout procedure.
